David Wong is a licensed clinical psychologist with 14 years of experience helping Hong Kong professionals overcome self-doubt and build sustainable mental resilience. He’s worked with over 3,500 individuals across corporate, educational, and healthcare sectors throughout Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. After noticing the gap between Western psychological frameworks and the cultural nuances of Hong Kong’s high-pressure work environment, David spent five years developing localized cognitive reframing techniques. His breakthrough came in 2016 when he pioneered the Culturally-Adapted Resilience Model, which integrates CBT principles with traditional Chinese philosophy. Since joining MindShift Resilience Ltd in 2019, he’s trained over 150 corporate leaders and conducts monthly workshops in Hong Kong’s Central Business District.
