Mental Resilience Practicum
A hands-on 10-week program combining cognitive techniques with practical resilience-building exercises. Designed for Hong Kong’s fast-paced environment, it equips you with tools to bounce back from setbacks and maintain mental strength during pressure.

Group Sessions & Peer Support
